Meet Dr. Thao Latham
Raised in Anderson, South Carolina, Dr. Thao Latham earned a bachelor's degree in accounting with a minor in science at Clemson University before completing her doctorate at the Medical University of South Carolina. After dental school, Dr. Latham worked in a pediatric dental office for three years, where she nurtured her passion for working with children. She completed her pediatric dental residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. This allowed Dr. Latham to gain experience in behavior management, sedation dentistry, and working with patients who have complex or special needs.

Philosophy
Dr. Latham is passionate about helping children and special needs patients; she strives to build long-term relationships with her patients and their families by providing quality dental care in a safe environment. She understands that every child is unique and seeks to offer treatment that’s specialized and tailored to suit their needs, all while highlighting the benefits and importance of lifelong oral health education.
Outside the Practice
When she’s not helping her patients achieve healthy and beautiful smiles, Dr. Latham loves spending time with Dr. Jason and their two young children, Alex and Cami. The entire family can be found at Disney when time and opportunity allow!
